What Prospera Nexus will never do
- Ask you to pay anything upfront to “unlock” a loan, insurance or any fee
- Ask for your OTP, password or PIN by phone or chat
- Ask you to pay into a personal account — our collection account is in the company name and shown in the app only
- Contact you from a personal LINE account or send links to install any app or APK file

Data protection
