A. Consent for credit

Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data for credit provision, KYC, contract administration and fraud prevention (withdrawable; if withdrawn before the contract is completed, the company may be unable to continue the service).

B. Live face capture and ID image

Consent concerning the live face capture and the ID card image taken in the app, used for identity verification only. The photo album is never accessed.

C. Electronic communications

Consent to receive electronic messages about the contract, statements and payments (necessary for the contract; if refused, postal delivery may be used instead and may be slower).

D. Marketing

Marketing consent — the box is left unticked by default; it is never pre-ticked for the user.

E. What we never ask for

There is no consent form for access to contacts, on-device photos or precise location — the company makes no such request.
