Company employees or authorised agents who disclose their own name and the company name.

As provided by the borrower in the app.
Hours
Monday–Friday 08:00–20:00; public holidays 08:00–18:00.
Frequency
No more than is reasonable.
Prohibited
Threats, violence, abusive language, impersonating a government official, contacting the workplace in a defamatory manner, contacting third parties to collect the debt — except a person nominated by the debtor, or to ask for an address without disclosing the debt under section 8.
